Dan Malcolm, the founding partner of Malcolm Properties, has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a leading broker at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Dan completed over One Hundred Million Dollars in commercial real estate transactional volume including commercial leasing, NNN investments, owner user commercial building sales, tenant representation and large institutional investment sales.  Also, as a principal of the Law Offices of L. Daniel Malcolm, Dan has negotiated thousands of real estate related transactional contractual documents including leases, purchase agreement, amendments, easements and commercial notes.

Malcolm Properties was formed to broker, acquire, develop and manage real estate investments primarily in Southern California.
